Our mission by creating Illuminate Learning is to give students the knowledge they need for their future endeavors, by creating a more flexible and responsive platform. With our ample, diverse background experience in tutoring and teaching, we can effectively establish a connection with your child to ensure they gain the most from our lessons. Our basic qualification in subjects range from math, reading, science, and social studies; additionally, we have the tools to take your child to the next level, if they wish to be on a more advanced track.
Vyshnavi is currently a rising sophomore at Barnard College studying economics and statistics. Outside of Illuminate, she enjoys playing the drums and baking. Vyshu and her co-founder first started Illuminate Learning with the mission to give back to their local community, especially during difficult times. Over the past five years, they’ve watched their organization flourish and leave a lasting impact on both their tutors and students.
Aditi is a rising sophomore at UVA pursuing a double major in public health and statistics. Outside of Illuminate, she enjoys going on runs, trying new foods, and baking. Aditi primarily oversees and supports the current Board of Directors as they execute their duties. She looks forward to seeing how Illuminate Learning continues to grow and leave its impact on students around the globe.
Samhita is a rising high school senior from Virginia. Outside of Illuminate, she enjoys dancing, singing, playing volleyball, and learning/producing music. Samhita joined Illuminate Learning because she wanted to make an impact on her community by helping the people around her receive affordable and fun education tutoring.
Adithi is a rising high school junior from Texas. Outside of Illuminate, she enjoys Indian classical singing. She is also part of her school’s varsity choir ensemble and Color Guard team. Adithi joined Illuminate learning because she had the urge she had to make a difference in her community.
Aarna is a rising high school junior from Texas. Outside of Illuminate, she is a part of her school’s dance team. She also loves singing and playing with her dog in her spare time. Aarna joined Illuminate Learning because her morals aligned with the goals Illuminate was trying to achieve, as she thrives on making a positive impact on her community.
Maria is a rising high school junior from Virginia. Outside of Illuminate Learning, she’s interested in biology, specifically, forensics and environmental science. During her free time, she loves going to the beach, exploring new places, and listening to music. Maria was drawn to Illuminate Learning because of her passion for educational equity. She is excited to work with her team to amplify their impact in the community by fostering a safe and accessible learning space for all young learners.
Isha is a rising high school junior from Texas. Outside of Illuminate, she loves to dance, sing, watch movies, and go out with her friends. Isha joined illuminate due to her passion of learning new things and giving back to the community. She is very excited to be a part of Illuminate Learning and very excited to see what we can accomplish this year.
Hasini is a rising high school junior from Texas. Outside of Illuminate, she loves making art, watching movies, trying new food, and reading a good book. Hasini was drawn to Illuminate Learning because she wanted to help provide accessible educational opportunities for kids around the globe. She was particularly interested in marketing because it gave her the chance to spread Illuminate’s goals and services to more communities.
